We did realtor interviews with a couple of realtors that we knew and Christi stood out the most! She was super genuine and provided the perfect balance of catering to our needs while applying her experience and expertise. We are so glad we decided to go with Christi. She delivered on everything she promised us and sold us on. We had a few difficult and unexpected obstacles during the sell and purchase transactions and she managed them professionally and effectively (i.e. Getting the option money from a buyer that rescinded during the option period and refused to pay the money; managing a difficult buying agent and buyer with unrealistic expectations; getting us closed on both the sell and purchase, funded and moved in all in one day). She even helped us with some last minute cleaning before leaving our old house! Not to mention she listed and sold our house in the SAME DAY after receiving multiple offers!
